Karate training benefits people of all ages. Karate is not only a great self-defense tool, but also great way to stay fit.
Your child will learn coordination, physical stamina, and self-defense. Karate develops children’s confidence. It is a complete discipline that not only develops the body, but also character.
Our Tiny Tigers program is for children ages 4-6. Our introductory program teaches students the basics of karate while developing fitness and character. Children learning Karate at an early age helps them to learn hand and eye coordination. The class is fun to keep the Tiny Tigers interested in learning new skills while having some exercise and fun activities.
The Tiny Tigers class is twice a week
Tuesday (6:00 pm to 6:30 pm)
Saturdays (10:00 am to 10:30 am)
Our Children’s Karate program is for ages 7-12. Our program teaches students the three main categories of Karate: Kihon (Basics), Kata (Forms), and Kumite (Sparring).
